TUSCANY AND LABOR. RESEARCH IN PROGRESS
Ires Toscana, the economic and social research institute of the regional CGIL, invites female researchers, activists and activists, academics and professionals to present their research as part of the seminar series This series is aimed at promoting a discussion and sharing of knowledge on the dynamics of the world of work in Tuscany.
Objectives of the Call:
Stimulate debate on labor issues in Tuscany. To create a link between academic research, militant research and labor practices. Increase the visibility of ongoing research on labor and industrial relations issues. Putting the centrality of labor back at the center of public debate.
Who can participate:
The call is open to all people, researchers, activists and activists, academics and doctoral students active in the fields of economics, sociology, political science, anthropology and labor studies in general.
Mode of Presentation:
We invite participants and attendees to send a summary of their research (max 500 words). Submissions will be evaluated for relevance and quality, with the goal of creating a balanced and content-rich program. Presentations will subsequently be scheduled within the seminar series.Approved submissions will be scheduled during the seminar series, scheduled for January – May 2025 and included in the syndicated and scholarly editorial programming.
